UNDERSTANDING OF THE VIBRATOR CONVERTER
Concrete vibrator concrete is one of the equipment used when casting where this tool serves to compact concrete which is poured in formwork, where it is intended to remove the air content trapped in concrete mixed water so that with vibrations generated by the vibrator the concrete will issue air bubbles from concrete so that the resulting concrete will get even strength and also to avoid porous or spider nests in the concrete. The concrete vibrator consists of three main parts: Machine as a vibration producing tool Delivery hose Vibrator head, made of a steel cylinder the size of a baseball bat's handle, a tool immersed in concrete Currently available various kinds of concrete vibrators preformance in several brands and types of concrete vibrators. The bracket or clamping system is designed to fit the major brands of concrete forms. Concrete vibrators are available in hydraulic, pneumatic or electric power types. The vibrator machine is capable of producing three types of sweeping sine profile vibrations, random vibrations, and shock synthesized. Use of Concrete Vibrators When the concrete has been poured into formwork, the vibrator machine has been placed near the concrete pouring area. The position must be maintained so that the vibrator hose is not too far from the area to be vibrated. When the concrete has been poured the vibrator machine must be turned on and then the hose is directed to the wet concrete area, then the head of the vibrator is pushed into the concrete. The vibrator head is vibrated in one area for about 10 seconds. The position of the vibrator head should not be in direct contact with the formwork, it is recommended the distance of the vibrator head from the side of the formwork about 10-12 cm. The vibrator head must vibrate along the newly poured concrete area by moving the vibrator head about 30 -40 cm from the previous point that was vibrated. Make sure the entire area must be vibrated
